11 Facts and 11 Questions

First of all, I'm over at the Snark Squad again talking about Buffy. You should check it out, because Lor and I are freaking hilarious #justsaying

So last week, Gina tagged me in a meme. WHEEEEEE, MEMES ARE FUN!! And for some reason, I decided that I needed to vlog my answers. So here: have a vlog:

I'd also like to thank Youtube once again for offering me a choice of screenshots in which I was rubbing my nose, had a serious case of derp face, or looked like a bored zombie.

Anyway, tagging!!
Kat from The Engineer's Other Life
Pretzel Thief from Pretzel Thief
Deidre from Decoybetty
Lor from Late to the Party
Emmy from Love Woke Me Up This Morning
Alice from The Rabbit Hole of Alice
Leah from Adventures in Adulthood
Sarah from Shades of Shayes
Kerri from Answers in the Journey
Kim from Kim vs Paradise

And now to the questions:
1. What were your favourite and least favourite classes in school?
2. If you could drop one of the following through a black hole with no possibility of return, which would you pick? a) The Kardashians, b) Octomum, c) Tony Abbott, d) Sarah Palin, or e) Lara Bingle?
3. What's the best musical you've ever seen?
4. If you could travel to one place on earth without needing to worry about money, where would it be?
5. Would you rather be trapped in a room of screaming One Direction fans, or in a room with that flower that smells like rotting meat?
6. Which five fictional characters would you invite to a dinner party? (Kerri - because you just answered this, I want to know whether you'd rather fight vampires or zombies?)
7. What did you want to be when you grew up?
8. If you could go back in time to see one band in concert, which band would it be?
9. To quote Cordelia from the pilot episode of Buffy, what's your childhood trauma?
10. Do you sing in the shower?
11. Would you rather go to the Louvre or the Metropolitan Museum of Art?

Aaaaaaaand GO!! You don't have to vlog your responses, buuuuuuut...you should anyway? *nods*

  1. Aaaah, that was awesome! And you're too freakin' adorbs and funny, as always! :-)

I also have an almost identical reaction to being late as you do...looooaaaathe it. Thing is, I don't care if someone is running late to meet ME, but I hate being late for someone.

    Hate!

    Heh heh.

I shall endeavour to do the vlog in the next few days...imma do it, dammit! ;-)

    XOXO

    1. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!! I don't mind if people are running late to meet me, provided they tell me. Otherwise I start to get paranoid that something's happened to them, because I'm weird like that...

      And thank you :)

  2. I pick up on other mannerisms and accents and stuff too! It's weird. After watching Gilmore Girls a lot, I wave my hands the way Lorelai does.

    1. Seriously, I'm so glad it's not just me who does this. SO GLAD.

  3. I also get super nervous when I'm running late, and I have to work really hard not to physically push others who are making me late. A friend in Orlando was soooooooooo slow, and I had to physically restrain myself from grabbing her and pushing her out the door.

POTC, Princess Bride and Ferris Bueller FTW.

I lean toward Gandalf, too, but it breaks my heart to say so.

    1. My mum is the "always running late" type. She works on the theory that everyone else is going to be late too, and that time spent waiting around is wasted. So she tends to leave the house about five minutes before she should be somewhere. Sometimes, I'm surprised I haven't done the same and had to restrain myself from pushing her out the door!

I feel the same about Gandalf. I wish it could be Dumbledore. But it just can't...

  4. Running late is the worst thing ever and makes me extremely anxious also. I would rather jump off a bridge than be late to something. Super frustrating when dealing with Biz and the in laws as they tend to faff about all the time and I'm all 'Guys... guys... no you DON'T need to bring the kitchen sink can we just GO already'. Story of my life.

    Also, that hat? AMAZE.

    1. I don't know why I still have the hat. Because I HAAAAAATED it at school. I once walked into some pipes hanging off the front of a plumber's van because the brim on my hat obscured my vision. The plumber laughed at me.

Oh, and of course the ONE day I didn't wear my stupid hat? I got swooped by a huge evil magpie. *sigh*

Remember that whole picking up on mannerisms thing? I now refer to faffing about as "fanny pantsing about", thanks to Sara.

    2. LOLOLOL FANNY PANTSING. So much funny.

I'm pretty sure my old wollen kilt is still at my parents place. I should ask them to pack it up and then vlog in it. Could be HILAR.

    3. I *ALSO* still have my winter shirt, my jumper (actually, I have my regular high school jumper, as WELL as my year 12 jumper) and my blazer. I seriously considered putting those on as well, but considering the hat was summer uniform, it would have hurt my brain to mix the two together...

I also still have my tie from my primary school in Canada AND my primary school in England, as well as my Brownies uniform from Canada. Again, no sodding clue why.

    4. But... but... NOSTALGIA <<<--- I make the answer times

  5. I had a terrible experience with Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans at a summer internship in college. A coworker gave me a vomit-flavored bean, and I couldn't get the taste of bile out of my mouth and had to go to my boss and ask to go home early because I thought I was going to be sick. It was HORRIBLE.

  6. So yea...I'm just catching up on a lot of blog posts I couldn't read when life was crazy. Which means I just read this. And it also means I'll have to watch your vlog when I'm at home and not at work. And that I guess I'm making a vlog this weekend?
